My training in financial accounting means I understand business/organization requirements; my training in electrical engineering and quality-management auditing has developed strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Glitch
As a member of the community/solutions engineering team, I worked with the business development team on as a technical resource, built web apps for partners, created starter apps and documentation to help the community discover new frameworks and libraries, and wrote articles for Glitch’s Glimmer publication, Glitch’s Dev.to team, and partner developer blogs.
Fog Creek Software
As a member of the Manuscript/FogBugz engineering team, my projects included working on Manuscript features and bug fixes, professional services work (e.g., writing integrations, customizations against customer accounts/databases), maintaining help and API documentation, and handling incoming support requests for Manuscript and Kiln.
