Photography Laws in Canada
While this is not intended to be legal advice, Michael Forian posted a very useful link for photographers in Canada.
This is a collection of Canadian laws, Provincial statutes and regulations, and some by-laws, which apply to photographers. Originally, this was a collection of laws specific to Toronto, Ontario, Canada, however, with growing interest in the subject, has grown to include laws from other provinces, and cities. A number of contributors have assisted and contributed, see revision history for credits.

Remember that just because you might be within your legal rights, a photographer must use good judgement on whether to take the shot or not — especially if your subject is big and angry.
